I am a licensed social worker with over 10 years of mental health experience across a range of community, school and clinical settings. My approach is systemic and collaborative to help clients acknowledge the unique contexts which impact their lives, connect with their strengths, and learn new ways to live in wholeness. I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, parenting issues, and maternal mental health. My passion is working alongside adolescents and young adults, as well as women with ADHD. I am devoted to providing compassionate care to every client I work with, whether they are struggling with a specific issue or seeking support for general mental wellness. Through a strengths-based framework and a commitment to creating safe and inclusive spaces for all, I am here to support individuals on their journey.
